Images of the Memorial Union include the Bengal Lair, the Hawthorn Room, Green Chapel, and other meeting rooms and lounges. There are also photographs of the original cafeteria, and kitchens in this Sub-Group. Exterior views show the building during construction, at the dedications of its Tower and North and South wings, and after storm damage to the Bell Tower. The Brady Commons' Bookstore, pool tables, and bowling alley are pictured, as are exterior views of that structure, both during its construction and after completion.

This Record Sub-Group holds over-sized photographs, paintings, and posters, 1930-1973; 1995-2001, related to the University of Missouri-Columbia Department of Intercollegiate Athletics. Included are composite team photographic posters, photographs of MU football coach Al Onofrio, an action shot of an MU vs. KU basketball game, poster schedules, a print of MU's 1978 basketball team, and copies of print memorabilia produced and sold by the University of Missouri Athletic Scholarship Associates. This memorabilia include a print entitled A Magic Moment and a compilation of media articles printed on vellum, both commemorating the 1982 football victory over Oklahoma.
