Arrangement within each series is alphabetical, by play title. Series One contains 163 envelopes, each containing one or more negatives and prints pertaining to a given production. Series Two contains 31 envelopes, 30 of which contain hard copy printouts pertaining to a given production. The negatives in Series Two were on nitrate film, an unstable medium that is unacceptable for patron use. All have been transferred to a digital format and are available for viewing, in that form and as hard copy printouts.
