Scope and Content Note
This Record Sub-Group contains administrative and event promotion records created or received by the University of Missouri-Columbia's Hearnes Center Director's Office. Included in this Sub-Group are administrative correspondence and memoranda, Hearnes Center Building Committee records, Hearnes Center Advisory Committee records, building bond financial reports and audits, photographs and other promotional and advertising materials for events held in the Hearnes Center.
Series Descriptions:
Series 1. - C:1/62/1 (A00-127a)
This Series contains administrative and policy records of the Office of the Director of the Hearnes Center, (1969-1989). Included in this Series are administrative and policy correspondence and memoranda, committee meeting minutes and records, financial records relating to the sale and retirement of public building bonds for the Hearnes Center, and planning documents for and photographs of the Hearnes Center Open-House of 1989. Also included in this Series are a few photographs and correspondence related to events held in the Hearnes Center.

This Series contains publicity photographs provided by various performers, entertainers, and groups to be used in event promotion and advertising. Also included in the Series are printed materials intended for distribution at the event to the public and/or the press, (1972-1992), as well as a small sampling of tickets for events held at the Hearnes Center, (1972-1992).
