This Sub-Group contains visual materials from a variety of sources concerning events at the University of Missouri-Columbia Law School. The Sub-Group consists of videos, photographs and images designed to promote the University of Missouri School of Law.
Series Descriptions:
Series 1. - C:12/6/1 (A98-13)
This Series contains visual materials from a variety of sources concerning events at the University of Missouri-Columbia Law School. The Series consists of videos, photos and images received from sources such as the Law School, alumni and video production services. The Series' VHS tape is entitled, "The University of Missouri School of Law: The Tradition Continues," and was produced in 1998.

Series 2. - C:12/6/2 (A19-39)
This Series contains photographic slides of the construction of Hulston Hall taken by Law Professor Edward Hunvald, (1986-1988). The slides were taken at frequent intervals during the construction phase of the building beginning with the site excavation in August of 1986 and ending with structure's completion in June of 1988.

Note to Researcher: The slides were presented to Matt Gaunt, Director of Advancement for the University Libraries, for transfer to University Archives by Professor Hunvald's wife, Kay Hunvald.
Restrictions Note: The Archives of the University of Missouri-Columbia is required by law and Board of Curator's policy to restrict access to some files and information. Student records are held as confidential under the Federal Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 and by University policy. Faculty promotion and tenure records and Academic Personnel files are restricted for 75 years, or the lifetime of the individual. All grievance, disciplinary, and medical records are treated as confidential files. Consultations with legal counsel, both in-house and external, are protected by the attorney/client privilege and will not be released.
