This Record Sub-Group contains photographic prints, negatives and slides of the University of Missouri-Columbia's Memorial Union and Brady Commons. Images of the Memorial Union include the Bengal Lair, the Hawthorn Room, Green Chapel, and other meeting rooms and lounges. There are also photographs of the original cafeteria, and kitchens in this Sub-Group. Exterior views show the building during construction, at the dedications of its Tower and North and South wings, and after storm damage to the Bell Tower. The Brady Commons' Bookstore, pool tables, and bowling alley are pictured, as are exterior views of that structure, both during its construction and after completion.

Also part of this Sub-Group are a number of historic prints depicting student life and activities, classroom scenes, and events such as "Farmers' Day." A number of architect's drawings and blueprints of various University of Missouri-Columbia buildings are also included in this Sub-Group. In connection with the naming of several Memorial Union rooms, photographic prints of sheet music covers of compositions by Scott Joplin and John W. "Blind" Boone, and prints made from portraits of Samuel Clemens (Mark Twain) and Jane Froman have been included as well.
