Scope and Content Note
This Record Sub-Group contains records in a variety of media created
by or collected by faculty in the School of Natural Resources. Included
in the Sub-Group are photographs, negatives, photographic slides, and
correspondence.
Series Descriptions:
Series 1. - C:3/44/2 (A03-81)
This Series contains records created and collected by Professor Clarence
Merrill Woodruff of the Environmental Soil Science Department in the School
of Natural Resources, (1939-1996). Included in the Series are numerous
photographic images (slides, photographs, and negatives) of regional farmland,
farm houses, irrigation equipment, spraying equipment, University of Missouri
Agronomy Club expeditions, and Soil Science faculty members. Some of the
farms depicted in the Series are Spickard, Bradford, Weldon Springs, McCredie,
and Bethany. Also included in the Series are large photographic prints
and topographic drawings used by Woodruff for presentations, a few items
of correspondence, charts, and equipment catalogs.
