This Sub-Group contains memorabilia from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Nursing. Materials include a black wool cape worn by nursing students in the 1950's, two white nursing caps which belonged to Ruby Potter, Dean of Nursing (1956-1973), a plate depicting the family home of Interim Dean of Nursing Jane Brinton, and a collection of photographs depicting School of Nursing faculty members and graduating classes from 1928 through 1940. These photographs were originally placed in a photo album by Ruby Potter, but they were removed during processing for preservation in acid-free enclosures.
