This Sub-Group contains records of the University of Missouri-Columbia Office of Fiscal Operations (1956-1984). Included in this Sub-Group are correspondence, charts, graphs, statistical data, newsletters, meeting minutes, a sample Old Age and Survivors Insurance (O.A.S.I.) report, annual student organization committee reports, inventories, and advisory manuals.

Series 1. - C:1/91/2
This Series contains a sample Old Age and Survivors Insurance (O.A.S.I.) Report created by the University of Missouri-Columbia Office of Fiscal Operations (1956). Also included in this Series is a cover letter authored by UMC Assistant Comptroller, Marvin T. Caldwell, Jr.

Included in this Series are copies of Annual Reports of the UMC Committee on Student Organizations, Government, and Activities (1964-1965), a Manual for Accounting and Financial Procedures for Student Organizations (1971), and an Advisory Manual for Divisional Student Councils (1971).

This Series contains records of the University of Missouri-Columbia Office of Fiscal Operations (1972-1979). Included in this Series are correspondence, charts, graphs, statistical data, newsletters, meeting minutes, inventories of physical property, and internal and federal audit materials. Topics include University of Missouri Board of Curators meetings, student organization audits, physical plant concerns, inventories of University physical properties, the University of Missouri-Columbia Business and Financial Management Advisory Council, bond issue audits, student financial aids, the Development Fund, and the University of Missouri Agricultural Experiment Stations. Many of these records were created or received by Fiscal Business Officer, Donald Hoehle.
