Brice Ratchford, President of the University of Missouri and Professor of Agricultural Economics. The Sub-Group includes correspondence, articles, proposals, reports, projects, and speeches. Most of the correspondence to University officials attempts to holster the fiscal fortunes and the place of cooperative extension at MU. His speech files primarily address the importance of cooperative extension in the modern University.
