This Sub-Group contains records created or received by the University of Missouri-Columbia's Director of Alumni Activities (1942-1956) pertaining to University of Missouri Alumni in World War II.

Series 1. - C:1/111/1 (A79-9; A10-04)
This Series contains records of the University of Missouri-Columbia's Director of Alumni Activities pertaining to University of Missouri Alumni in World War II. Included in this Series are two copies of a 1949 memorial publication entitled, Missouri, In Memoriam, Alumni of the University of Missouri, World War II, which contains photographs and short biographical sketches of MU students who lost their lives in the war. Also included in this Series are typewritten lists of MU students who died in WWII, lists of former MU students who became general officers, news clippings, and some related correspondence.
