This small booklet contained the by-laws, or rules and procedures, of the Twilight Lodge at the time. Being pocket-sized, it was easy for the members to reference and served as a guiding creed for how the members should act. Despite considerable damage to the pages from sitting in the time capsule for a century, the by-laws were in such condition to allow for drying, cleaning, flattening, and encapsulation.
