The records include correspondence, deeds, abstracts, condemnation suit documents, records of property willed to the University, and other records of property acquisitions. Also included in this Sub-Group are records pertaining to a wide variety of University legal matters not directly related to property acquisitions. The majority of the records were created or received by General Counsel during the tenure of Paul Peterson.
