Record Group: 8 C Record Sub-Group: 21 Records Title: UMC; College of Education; Honor Societies Dates: 1941-2001 Volume: 3 cubic feet, 3.75 linear feet Scope and Content Note This Sub-Group holds records of the College of Education Honor Societies, including the Gamma Chapter of the National Education Honors Society Phi Delta Kappa and the Zeta Kappa Chapter of Pi Omega Pi, the National Business Teacher Education Honor Society. The records include, among other material, newsletters, correspondence, memoranda, officer and membership lists. Series Descriptions: Series 1. - C:8/21/1 (A91-66; A13-05) This Series holds records of the University of Missouri Gamma Chapter of the National Education Honors Society, Phi Delta Kappa, (1909-2007). Included in the Series are membership registers, (1909-1961), lists of candidates for membership, administrative records, correspondence, meeting agendas and minutes, copies with gaps of the Phi Delta Kappa Newsletter, photograph albums, photographs, a scrapbook, and printed and duplicated materials.
