This Series contains records of the Missouri Training Institute (MTI), (1995-1996). Included in this Series are annual reports, enrollment lists, reports of workshops by type, workshop evaluations, grant applications, attendance rosters, evaluation forms, workforce development files, teaching materials, and workshop feedback forms.

This Series contains records of the Missouri Training Institute, (1990-1998). Included in the Series are the following records: workshop information, annual reports (1990-1995), 1996 Governance Conference budget and financial records, 1995 Governance Conference evaluations and reports, memoranda, equipment bid request forms, evaluations of training and facilities of the Institute, speaker agreements between individuals and Board of Curators, faxes and other communications concerning locations in Jefferson City for sessions and events, registration sheets for the following sessions: Interviewing Skills, Appraisal, and Presentation Skills.

Records in this Series consist of printed and duplicated materials produced by or for MTI, including MTI Messenger newsletter, testing materials, training workshop calendars, resource lists, and information on the Governor's Conference on Workforce Development and other MTI programs.

Student records are held as confidential under the Federal Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 and by University policy. Faculty promotion and tenure records and Academic Personnel files are restricted for 75 years, or the lifetime of the individual. All grievance, disciplinary, and medical records are treated as confidential files. Consultations with legal counsel, both in-house and external, are protected by the attorney/client privilege and will not be released.
