Included are out-going correspondence files generated by Departmental Managers, Managers' Reports to the UMCHC Division of Operations and Planning Services, and correspondence relating to the 1985 merger of the Departments of Clinical Dietetics and Food Services to become the Department of Nutrition and Food Services.
