Series Descriptions: Series 1. - C:23/7/NP (A99-90) This Series contains records of the University of Missouri-Columbia Hospital and Clinics' Surgery Services. Included in the Series are quality assurance records, general correspondence, and executive committee meeting records. Series 2. - C:23/7/2 (A91-24; A11-16; A20-67) This Series contains records created by the Emergency Services unit of the Trauma/Surgery Centers of the University Hospital and Clinics, (1975-2010). The records consist of memoranda and correspondence of the manager of the Department of Emergency Services, (1984); Emergency Center Physicians meeting agendas and minutes, (1983-1984); Emergency Room Nursing Service statistics, (1975-1978); Emergency Center Quality Assurance Committee meeting minutes [RESTRICTED], (1985); Unit Specific Structure Standards for the Emergency Center, (1995); Emergency Services' Policy and Administrative Procedure Manual, (2001), which includes Staff for Life Helicopter Service Patient Management Protocols; and various Staff for Life Helicopter Services committee records and training records, including Quality Assurance [RESTRICTED] and Physicians Advisory committees. Faculty promotion and tenure records and Academic Personnel files are restricted for 75 years, or the lifetime of the individual. All grievance, disciplinary, and medical records are treated as confidential files.
