Record Group: 22 C Scope and Content Note: (A95-63) Biographical Note: Allen Bliss Wilder was born on June 6, 1889. He received all of his education prior to the University of Missouri in Saint Louis Public Schools, including preparatory school at Manual Training School. His father, E.B. Wilder was the president of the Day Rubber Company of Saint Louis. Wilder attended the University of Missouri from 1907 to 1912 as a Mechanical Engineering student. His activites at the university included football, track and field, Zeta Chi fraternity, Phi Kappa Psi fraternity, and The Druids honor society.
