Scope and Content Note
This Record Sub-Group contains administrative records created by the Access Services Division of the University of Missouri-Columbia Libraries. Departments included in Access Services are Ellis Circulation, Ellis Interlibrary Loan (ILL), Ellis Reserve, Ellis Shelving, Current Periodicals and University of Missouri Libraries Depository. Types of administrative records found in this Sub-Group include departmental annual reports and statistics. The Sub-Group also contains sample forms and procedural documentation.
Series Descriptions:
Series 1. - C:20/10/1 (A02-142)
This Series contains administrative records from the Interlibrary Loan (ILL) Department in Ellis Library. These records include ILL annual reports and statistics (1984-1997) and Online Computer Library Center (OCLC) monthly and yearly statistics (1983-1998).

Series 2. - C:20/10/2 (A19-24)
This Series contains records of the Circulation Department in Ellis Library, (ca. 1970s-1980s). The records consist of two binders containing illustrated procedural documentation and samples of departmental forms. Among the items in Series 2 are computer punch cards, library borrower identification cards, and a Circulation Services brochure.

Series 3. - C:20/10/3 (A21-22)
This Series contains records created and received by June DeWeese during her tenure at the University of Missouri Libraries, (1972-2014). The records pertain more narrowly to DeWeese's many roles in the University of Missouri Libraries and more broadly to her professional career at the University of Missouri. The records consist of the following types and topics: the Status of Women Committee, the Missouri Unions Committee, the 2004 Copyright Conference, Scholarly Communications Conference planning, presentations, Women's Studies, Missouri Research Academic Libraries Consortium (MIRACL), MOBIUS, MU Libraries committees and task forces, the University of Missouri Libraries Depository, MU Libraries annual reports, and numerous printed and duplicated materials, including "Library News Notes".

Note to Researcher: MU alumna June LaFollette DeWeese (Bachelor of Arts, 1972, Master of Education, 1973) was appointed Librarian I in the University of Missouri Libraries in 1974 and progressed through to the highest rank of Librarian IV. DeWeese was Head of Access Services in Ellis Library at the time of her retirement in 2014. She also served as an adjunct professor in Library Science. DeWeese was granted emerita status upon her retirement.
