Also included in this Sub-Group are College of Engineering memorabilia such as a College of Engineering car window sticker and two black and white photographs of the 1924 Engineers' Ball. Historical Note: In 1933, publication of the yearbook was discontinued and The Missouri Shamrock became the name of what prior to that time was known as The Engineers Monthly Bulletin. Note to Researcher: This Sub-Group does not contain a complete run of Missouri Shamrock. Student records are held as confidential under the Federal Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 and by University policy. Faculty promotion and tenure records and Academic Personnel files are restricted for 75 years, or the lifetime of the individual. All grievance, disciplinary, and medical records are treated as confidential files.
