Scope and Content Note
This Record Sub-Group contains printed and duplicated material and reports created by the University of Missouri Division of Enrollment Management. Documents produced by the Division and forming part of this Sub-Group include the Division's official newletter Teamwork, application statistics, and employment and graduate school status statistics.
Series Descriptions:
Series 1 - C:1/102/2 (A03-07)
This Series contains records created by the University of Missouri Division of Enrollment Management (2001-2004). The records consist of issues of the Division's official newsletter, Teamwork. Usually issued monthly, the newsletter addresses such topics as Division events, functions, new staff hirings, and staff member recognition.

Series 2 - C:1/102/3
This Series contains records created by the University of Missouri Division of Enrollment Management, (2000-2003, 2011). The records consist of application statistics in the form of monthly Admissions Update reports, (2001-2003, 2011), which were sent to various UMC administrators and directors, and Employment and Graduate School Status statistics, (2000-2001). The Series also includes the report, "MU Enrollment Management Plan", (4/15/2002).

This Series contains records created by the University of Missouri Division of Enrollment Management, (2001-2012). The records consist of Destination Study data from graduation and employment surveys.

This Series contains records created by the University of Missouri Division of Enrollment Management, (1986-2019). The records consist of enrollment reports. The reports contain data on demographics, campus and international student enrollment, credit hours, degree programs and course enrollment, grade averages and test scores, scholarships, retention rates, and enrollment history. Some of the reports include a preface, list of abbreviations, and definitions.

This Series contains records created and received by the University of Missouri Division of Enrollment Management, (1980-1997). The records consist of printed and duplicated material, architectural plans, renovation projects for the Office of Admissions and Registration in Jesse Hall, an on-line registration system, and a financial aid data system.

Student records are held as confidential under the Federal Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 and by University policy. Faculty promotion and tenure records and Academic Personnel files are restricted for 75 years, or the lifetime of the individual. All grievance, disciplinary, and medical records are treated as confidential files. Consultations with legal counsel, both in-house and external, are protected by the attorney/client privilege and will not be released.
