This Series contains printed and duplicated materials created by the office of Campus Facilities, (1987-2011). Titles include Applause, 1996-2007, Building a Better Mizzou, (1991-1993), Building Coordinator Handbook, (1991-1993, 2007), Calendar, (2000-2002), Campus Facilities Overview, (6/1984), Campus Facilities Service Guide, (1990-1998), Campus Facilities Strategic Plan, (2002), Customer Survey, (2000-2002), Employee Handbook, (1992-2005), Facilities Focus, (1996-2002, with gaps), Gatekeepers Gazette, (1999-2000), Highlights, (1983-2008, with gaps), Points of Pride, (2001), Team Leader, (1995-1998), and Campus Master Plan, (1987 to present, with gaps), Climate Action Plan, (2011-2012), Residential Life Master Plan, (2012), and Stormwater Master Plan, (2013). The Series also includes annual reports, (2013),and materials related to safety training, to energy conservation, to the University's Botanic Garden, (2004-2008), including an issue of the newsletter Leaflet, (6/2004), and to a MOAPPA conference held on campus in 2006. This Series also contains electronic files of Building Coordinator meetings minutes and presentations, (2011), winter weather plans, (2011), and hand-washing flyers, (2011).

Restrictions Note: The Archives of the University of Missouri-Columbia is required by law and Board of Curator's policy to restrict access to some files and information. Student records are held as confidential under the Federal Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 and by University policy. Faculty promotion and tenure records and Academic Personnel files are restricted for 75 years, or the lifetime of the individual. All grievance, disciplinary, and medical records are treated as confidential files. Consultations with legal counsel, both in-house and external, are protected by the attorney/client privilege and will not be released.
