Architectural Specifications for Parker Memorial Hospital SPECIFICATIONS OF LABOR AND MATERIAL FOR THE ERECTION AND COMPLETION OF THE PARKER MEMORIAL HOSPITAL BUILDING TO BE BUILT ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE CAMPUS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF THE STATE OF MISSOURI COLUMBIA, MISSOURI. FOR THE UNIVERSITY OF THE STATE OF MISSOURI. All according to specifications and drawings made for the name by and under the supervision of THOMAS NOLAN, ARCHITECT. COLUMBIA, MO. GENERAL CLAUSES. Bids. The right is reserved to reject any and all bids. Contractors shall give the complete figures in their bids, one for the entire building, and the other for the hospital part only, omiting the clinical part, (including amphitheater, instrument room, anesthetic room, sterilizing room and corridor leading to same, and rooms in second story over these.) The figures for the hospital part must include the finishing out of rear porches with extra columns and pilasters and returning cornices add building rear stoop with steps. All bids must be in the hands of J. C. Habb, Secretary of the Board of Curators of the University of Missouri, Columbia, Mo., by 10:00 o'clock A. M.. Monday, October 16th, 1899. All bids to be accompanied by a certified check for the sum of $500 made payable to the treasurer of the State University, to be forfeited in the event that the contractor fails to accept the work if awarded. TIME OF COMPLETION: The entire building shall be completely finished and ready for occupancy on the first day of July, 1900.
