Scope and Content Note

This Sub-Group contains records of the Committee on Intercollegiate Athletics at the University of Missouri-Columbia. The Committee is composed of faculty, staff, alumni, and student government officers. Its purpose is to advise the Chancellor and the Director of Intercollegiate Athletics on matters of administration and policy. Included in the Sub-Group are committee minutes, Intercollegiate Athletics budgets and financial statements, football game final reports, complimentary ticket summaries, and general and administrative correspondence. Also included in this Sub-Group are records pertaining to Ol' Mizzou, a short-lived sports publication whose publisher, LeDuc Enterprises, filed for bankruptcy after the first few issues were produced. Documents relating to this publication include agreements about compensation for unfulfilled subscriptions and other obligations.

Series Descriptions:

This Record Sub-Group is divided into three separate record series.
