Departmental meeting minutes contain faculty discussions of such subjects as the need for more faculty, use of proper terminology, mission statements, courses to be revised, and the scholastic performance of graduate students. Also covered in this Sub-Group are topics such as budgets and salaries, various honors awarded to members, graduate programs presented, an approved reviewing curriculum, needs of graduate students, upcoming visits and events, and departmental chair searches and searches to fill other faculty positions. The department's annual reports in this Sub-Group contain summaries of the academic year, comments on office space, results of studies, lists of position vacancies and adjustments, projects developed, lists of new faculty and support staff, lists of retirements, sabbaticals, and leaves of absence, statistical reviews of student data, budget data, outside equipment funding, contracts and grants, College of Home Economics reports on program changes (both graduate and undergraduate), faculty accomplishments, dissertations and theses, and projections.
