Scope and Content Note

(A00-72; A13-74)
This Sub-group contains administrative records of recognized student organizations at the University of Missouri-Columbia campus. These records were created by the Office of Student Life and include both defunct and active organizations. The depth of documentation within the files varies widely; some contain only standard University forms while others include newspaper clippings, bylaws and constitutions, minutes, and lists of members. Standard university forms include the Annual Report of Student Organizations (which includes the officers, sponsor, and statement of purpose), financial reporting forms, and fundraising forms.

Note to Researcher: For additional information concerning student organizations, see Sub-Group 12 of Record Group 22 C. Each folder is likely to contain FERPA-restricted materials, but still available for limited use. See restrictions note at end of inventory for more information.
