Conley, Chairman of the University of Missouri Student Health Service, and Dr. Guy L. Noyes, Superintendent of Parker Memorial Hospital. Note to Researcher: Follow this link to see a listing of MU student health fee rate changes from 1911 through 1983. Inventory Env 1 Topics addressed in these records include vaccination requirements for students, management of the Hospital and Student Health Service, personnel matters, fees charged to students, physical exams for athletes, and temporary excuses from activities in military science or physical education classes due to physical disability. Also included are a letter to President A. Ross Hill regarding student health services at the University of Wisconsin (ca. 1913), a "Memorandum Concerning University Health Services," by Dr. Conley (ca. 1922), and a copy of the "Rules For Control Of Contagious Diseases Among Students," (ca. 1925).
