The records in this Sub-Group uniformly consist of completed university forms and program brochures. Participant rosters are included for some programs as well as general correspondence, interdepartmental memoranda and other administrative records. University forms include; Application for Building or Room Use, Conference Balance Sheet, Declaration of Intent, Estimated Budget, and Request for Fee Approval.
